A Middleburg man facing new drug charges as he was arrested on outstanding warrants last week.
Deputy Geoffery Brown with Casey County Sheriff's Office went to serve warrants on 54 year old Brian Wesley Means on Wednesday. He was located sitting in the driver's seat of a vehicle in a driveway on East Yosemite Road. A search of the area located a small metal container with suspected Methamphetamine and a black box containing a glass Meth Pipe.
Means was arrested on warrants for:
- Probation Violation (Felony Offense)
- Parole Violation
- Failure to Appear
Mr. Means was additionally charged with Possession of Controlled Substance-1st Degree, 3rd or Greater Offense (Methamphetamine), & Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
