A Casey County man was cited after he allegedly made threats against a first responder.

On February 28th, Casey County Sheriff Chad Weddle cited 32 year old Timothy Pittman, of Liberty, on charges of disorderly conduct-2nd degree, and menacing, after Pittman made threats to a volunteer firefighter that was blocking traffic during flooding. 

Pittman then proceeded to drive into flood waters where a rescue had just taken place.
