The Liberty City Council has been discussing Water & Sewer rates for quite some time.  

During a lengthy special called meeting last night, the council has proposed a new rate structure.

City water/sewer customers should receive a letter this week with more information, and an invitation to another special meeting concerning the new rate structure, that is scheduled for Monday, Dec. 7th at 5pm.
