Danville Police responded to an injury accident Saturday evening shortly bofore 7pm at the intersection of Denmark Drive and the South Danville Bypass.  

A 2016 Buick, driven by 48 year old Kimberly Sowers, of Lancaster, was making a left turn onto Cassady Avenue when she collided with a 2002 GMC Yukon, driven by Haley Brown, 26, of Harrodsburg.  

Sowers and her passenger, Eric Sowers, 53, of Lancaster, were treated on scene by emergency crews and transported to Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center for further treatment.  No other injuries were reported.  

Officer David Lewis investigated. 

Boyle County EMS and Danville City Fire also responded to assist.
