• Terri Daniels, age 37 of Burgin, arrested by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office for driving under the influence third offense, possession of an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle, license to be in possession, failure to wear seatbelts, and disorderly conduct second-degree.
