The Liberty City Council held their first regular meeting of 2020 Monday.

The first order of business was a vote on the Garbage Franchise contract with Rumke Sanitation.

The Council voted 4-1 in favor of the contract, with Councilman Larry Bowmer Voting against it. Richard Montgomery was not present due to illness.

The Council also held a 2nd Reading of an Ordinance relating to a Property Maintenance Code...

The motion carried unopposed.

The next regular meeting of the Liberty City Council will be Feb. 10th.
