At yesterday's meeting of the Casey County Fiscal Court, Judge Executive, Randy Dial announced to the magistrates that County Coroner, Kurt Demrow, has informed him that he will no longer transport deceased bodies. Following a lengthy discussion, Judge Dial said he will continue to try & find a solution to the problem.

In other business, a member of the Casey County Ambulance Board was re-appointed to another term. The term of Jan Bassett had expired. The court voted unanimously to re-appoint her to another two year term to expire in June of 2021.
